Things are so new in the Catholic High School media center, students recently viewed a special program on the large-screen television monitor instead of the huge state of the art pull-down screen.
In time, however, faculty and students will learn how to get the most from all the modern equipment in the two-story, 15,000-square-foot addition, named Shepherd Library Media Center.
The center was named for major donors William R. and Marilyn Kiefner Shepherd, both graduates of Catholic High School when it was in Norfolk.
