BEFORE THE Rita Moreno concert began, a woman asked her escort, ``Do you think she'll dance?''
There was no dancing - just some prancing. The slim dancer-actress-singer will be 67 next month. With John Glenn returning to outer space and Moreno returning to Hampton Roads, this has been an inspirational time for senior citizens.
She was here in '87 doing Shakespeare. Saturday she was here doing mostly Broadway.
Although somewhat hampered by a sore throat, trouper Moreno still managed to hit some pretty decent high notes. The most impressive aspect of her show, though, was her trademark delivery - ...
