AFTER FILMING the 100th episode of ``NYPD Blue,'' the actors and producers barely had time to blow out the candles on a ``Happy 100th'' cake before they were asked this question:
Do you have the creative juices to do another 100 episodes?
Jimmy Smits, the actor with eight Emmy nominations who plays Detective Bobby Simone, sees ``NYPD Blue'' going on for at least another 100 shows.
It stands on strong legs, he says of the series which he joined - ``Like jumping on a moving train'' - after David Caruso unwisely surrendered the role of a lifetime. Smits refuses to say how long he'll be in the cast, however. ``NYPD ...
