ARCHITECTURE
RICHARD JOINS ARCHITECTURAL FIRM: Lynda L. Richard has joined Hanbury Evans Newill Vlattas & Co. in Norfolk as an intern architect. She has a bachelor of design degree in architecture from the University of Florida. She will be working on the Moores Bridges rehabilitation study and on the rehabilitation of Virginia Military Institute's historic alumni house and that building's new addition.
