MANTEO -- ``I want you to holler, scream, jump up and down'': Orders from Marty Roe, lead singer for Diamond Rio, one of country music's wildest, most talented groups.
The crowd of about 2,000 dutifully obeyed as, lustily, they inaugurated the Outer Banks' newest pride and joy - Roanoke Island Festival Park.
Sunday night, the area was covered with bodies, blankets, lawn chairs and, before the four-hour concert ended, enough trash to put Virginia Beach's pre-rehabilitated Mount Trashmore to shame.
Where were the trash cans? Too many concertgoers didn't care. They came to party, not to worry about the ...
