CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Mike Madison of Shreveport, La., and Robert Evans, Robert H. Blair and Eric Barkley, all of Little Rock, have been elected to three-year terms on the board of directors of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce. Madison is state president for Arkansas and Louisiana for AEP/Southwestern Electric Power Co. Evans is executive director of government relations for Arkansas State University. Blair is director of property taxes for SBC Communications in Little Rock. Barkley is director of community and government affairs for Reliant Energy Arkla in Little Rock.
