PHILADELPHIA -- Scott Sachs, the 16-year-old Virginia Beach delegate, assembled with the other delegates and invited officials of the Presidents' Summit for America's Future on a soggy Monday morning in the brick courtyard of Independence Hall.
He joined hands for the benediction the Rev. Jesse Jackson gave. Sachs listened as speaker after speaker invoked the spirit of the Founding Fathers who declared, ``We, the People.''
It wasn't until Monday night, though, that Sachs felt he was one of the people being heard - a sentiment shared by dozens of other youth delegates at the summit.
