The Portsmouth event is the updated 27-year-old Seawall Art Show with two days of variety entertainment added. The revised format expands the city's annual Memorial Day weekend activities at Portside but maintains the art show's traditions.
The show, sponsored by the Portsmouth Museums, is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
About 70 professional artists will exhibit paintings, sculpture, photographs, pottery and jewelry. They will compete for about $4,000 in awards, including a $1,500 best-in-show prize, and ...
