Duane, Morris & Heckscher LLP announces that it will be expanding its Wilmington, Delaware office with the addition of Thomas P. McGonigle, Counsel to Delaware Governor and U.S. Senator-elect Thomas R. Carper. Mr. McGonigle will join the firm as a partner effective January 22, 2001. He will focus his practice on commercial and administrative litigation as well as government relations and regulatory matters.
