LEFRAK ORGANIZATION FILES $500 MILLION LIBEL SUIT
AGAINST N.J. NEWSPAPER
NEW YORK, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Citing a New Jersey daily newspaper's intent to link the Lefrak Organization with organized crime - a charge constituting libel - and the newspaper's failure to retract the charges, Lefrak attorneys today filed a $500 million suit against the Bergen Record in Supreme Court, County of Queens, it was reported by the Lefrak Organization.
