Project Overview:
An American/Argentinean joint venture, operating under the name of CBK POWER CO., recently secured $340,000,000 in financing for a planned power development scheme in the Philippines. The partners in the planned undertaking include U.S.-based EDISON MISSION ENERGY (EME), a subsidiary of EDISON INTERNATIONAL, and IMPSA of Argentina. And, the latter are expected to make a $120,000,000 equity investment in the project.
