GREAT NECK, N.Y., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ --
One Liberty Properties, Inc. (Amex: OLP, OLP Pr) announced that on December 22, 2000 it acquired, through a wholly owned subsidiary, an approximately 89,500 square foot flex building situated on approximately 6 acres located in Ronkonkoma, Suffolk County, New York for a consideration of approximately $5.2 million.
The property and all of the improvements are net leased to two tenants. Cedar Graphics Inc. occupies 74,500 square feet and Gavin Mfg., Corp. occupies 15,000 square feet.
