Nine Baltimore area fuel oil dealers have accused another marketer of unfair business practices and several other offenses in a case involving "cybersquatting' a practice of registering Internet domain names expressly for the purpose of preventing others from using them. Five of the marketers -- Rittenhouse Fuel Co., Blue Ridge Fuel Corp., the H.C.
