If you are tiring of the snow, consider that it is pretty remarkable stuff and, even if it makes life a little more difficult, the problems are generally a small price to pay for being witness to such beauty.
I had a student in my class at the university last semester who was from an island in the tropics and who had never seen snow until the onset of this fine Wisconsin winter. As the snow piled up, she kept shooting off excited e-mails, each more breathless than the last about the strangeness of the snow.
Each time I read one of the messages, I'd look out my window and see the snow as if I were looking at it for the first time.
