VERO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) today announced the purchase of the assets of the Ruwe Pencil Compay, an old-line, privately held firm in Greenwich, Conn.
The transaction was for cash, the amount of which was not disclosed.
