ARDSHIEL SELLS EQUITY POSITION IN NATIONAL CAR RENTAL
NEW YORK, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Ardshiel, Inc. announces that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its equity position in National Car Rental to a management group led by Fidelco Capital.
The transaction is expected to close in late September.
