Spooning In The Iron It was only yesterday that six month old Kimberly was introduced to infant cereals. Her mother carefully read the package label and noted the iron content as she prepared the first serving. Now, two months later, Kimberly's mom absent-mindedly puts a new box of cereal in the grocery cart at the store. She conscientiously selects a wide variety of food for Kimberly and has started skipping the daily servings of oatmeal, rice and barley cereals.
