Before and during his impeachment trial, it became clear to even the most casual observer that state Supreme Court Chief Justice David Brock's undersized portion of political skills helped exacerbate the mess the court found itself in this summer.
Well, it's now become apparent that what the Chief could really use is a remedial course in choosing his words, well, judiciously.
Brock, in an interview last month in the Concord Monitor, actually did say that he thought the long, drawn-out and sometimes even painful impeachment inquiry and trial won't have 'any real ramifications for the court over time.
