SANFORD, Fla., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ --
Orlando Sanford International Airport welcomes new service on Pan American Airways (Pan Am) between Orlando Sanford and Worcester, MA. Pan Am will offer daily non-stop service to Worcester, MA via the Worcester Regional Airport beginning Tuesday, February 6, 2001, making Worcester Pan Am's sixth destination from Orlando Sanford.
Dave Fink, Pan Am's President, said: "Worcester is New England's second largest city and has a market of more than two million people, so it is a logical next step for Pan Am." Fink added, "The Worcester service will be the first of many new opportunities we see coming in 2001."
