ROCKY MOUNT, ITHACA BUYOUT TALKS STALLED
ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (FNS) -- Rocky Mount Undergarment Co., Inc., said Tuesday that an "impasse" has occurred in its negotiations with Ithaca Industries, Inc., regarding the letter of intent for the sale of Rocky Mount's operating assets to Ithaca for about $13,400,000, including the assumption of debt.
Rocky Mount said that "no further negotiations are scheduled or anticipated at this time."
