- Vancouver Film School has signed a joint venture agreement with Modi Enterprises to open a school in Bombay, India, principals of Vancouver Film School announced today. James Griffin, founder and President of Vancouver Film School, and Vice President Richard Appleby are pleased to enter into a fifty-fifty joint venture with Modi Enterprises, one of India's largest conglomerates. The school will open September 2001, and will offer courses in Classical Animation, 3D Animation, and New Media. It is expected to be the first of many schools to emerge from this venture.
