Article: Zero-hour students start the day right.(Neighbor)

Every morning, 20 Round Lake High School students arrive at the school at 7:00 a.m. for gym class. They call this class zero hour because of how early it starts. The class usually lets out around 7:30 a.m. and students start the regular school day at 7:50 a.m.

Zero hour starts off with everyone stretching and running from two to four minutes, dot drills and jump roping. They then work on the lower or upper body, when the students complete three or four sets of ten in squats, curls, bench, hamstrings, quadriceps, calve raises, lateral pull downs, and many more exercises.
