SOMETIMES a set of circumstances arise in life which just aren't that funny. And when those circumstances tend to centre round a bar by the name of Ha! Ha! you wonder if someone up there has got it in for you.
That's the name of the latest bar to crop up in the increasingly handsome hub of Glasgow's business district.
