TEEN-AGERS and babies are not usually considered a good combination.
Chain Reaction is a different story, though. The youth division of the March of Dimes, Chain Reaction is a program in which teens help adults prevent birth defects and infant mortality.
``Chain Reaction has made me want to help people,'' says Sarah Pritchard, 18, co-president of Chain Reaction at Manteo High School in Manteo, N.C. ``I want to stay involved in this for the rest of my life.''
