Criminal Justice is set for a GBP94m injection of funds to make the Crown Court process quicker, easier and cheaper.
The Lord Chancellor, Lord Irvine, has unveiled an ambitious programme of measures to bring the Crown Court up to date with advances in technology, and to meet the Government's target of a more joined up Criminal Justice System.
