NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2001
John R. Shain has been appointed a principal of Prudential Real Estate Securities Investors (PRESI), a unit of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). In this role, Shain will manage the North American Property Securities Trust in conjunction with PREI, which has been named investment manager for the trust.
In addition, Michael Grace has been named senior securities analyst, responsible for analyzing retail and industrial real estate investment trusts with PRESI, along with other diversified Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS).
