A west Little Rock clinic and two adjoining office sites have changed hands in a $3.4 million deal.
LRFP Land LLC, led by Dr. R. Stephen Tucker, bought the St. Vincent Family Clinic at 10000 N. Rodney Parham Road from the St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center.
The acquisition was financed with a one-year loan of $3.65 million from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.
The deal included a pair of undeveloped office sites totaling 4.6 acres. A 40,000-SF office building, One Cantrell West, is planned for one location. The, other site will house a 20,000-SF Little Rock Family Practice clinic.
