Rocky Mount Has `Impasse' In Negotiating With Ithaca ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (FNS) -- Rocky Mount Undergarment Co., Inc., said Tuesday that an "impasse" has occurred in its negotiations with Ithaca Industries, Inc., regarding the letter of intent for the sale of its operating assets to Ithaca for about $13.4 million, including the assumption of debt.
In a prepared release Rocky Mount said that "no further negotiations are scheduled or anticipated at this time."
Charles Kralick, chief financial officer of Rocky Mount, said that Rocky Mount and Ithaca have "differences regarding the details of the transaction," but that Ithaca still has the "ability to come ...
