TOWER CITY CENTER TO MATCH MINORITY, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS
WITH NATIONAL FRANCHISERS
CLEVELAND, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Forest City Development Corporation has announced formation of a committee that will identify and match qualified minority and women entrepreneurs from Greater Cleveland with national franchisers who have expressed interest in locating stores and restaurants in its Tower City Center complex on Cleveland's downtown Public Square.
