GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 19, 2001
Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust (NYSE: UBP and UBP.A) announced it has signed two leases totaling 62,000 square feet of retail space at its Townline Square Shopping Center in Meriden, Connecticut with a combined value of $5.8 million.
Old Navy, a division of The Gap, Inc. has signed a 10 year lease for a 25,000 square foot store and Linens 'N Things signed a 10 year lease for a 37,000 square foot store. Linens 'N Things opened in December. 2000 and Old Navy is expected to open in Spring 2001. Both stores will occupy space ...
