- Hypertension Diagnostics Inc., Eagan, said it has commenced its offering of up about 2.8 million redeemable Class B warrants enabling holders to buy one share of the company's 1 cent par value common stock. The company is offering the Class B warrants to holders of the redeemable Class A Warrants, who properly exercise a Class A warrant in the offering period, which ends March 26.
