I live on a tidal creek off the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River. I would like to plant reeds along the waterline to reduce erosion caused by the water sportsters. I would like to plant something that provides forage for waterfowl. The creek is brackish and basically a mud farmland-development, with runoff soil. Any suggestions?
