``It's all about you.'' That's the message the American Dietetic Association is promoting this month as part of its National Nutrition Month campaign.
This year's campaign is designed to communicate the concept of personalized nutrition. It's an important concept for two reasons: There is no one diet that perfectly meets the nutrition, health and lifestyle needs of all people, and each individual holds the ultimate responsibility for his or her own personal diet and health practices.
