DIXON TICONDEROGA COMPLETES ACQUISITION
OF NATIONAL PEN & PENCIL COMPANY
VERO BEACH, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) today announced it had completed the acquisition of the assets of National Pen & Pencil Company, of Shelbyville, Tenn., from UST Enterprises, Inc.
The transaction was for cash and a note, the amount of which was not disclosed.
