BURMESE EXILES RETURN
Two Burmese exiles who have fought the dictatorship of Gen. Ne Win since his 1962 coup have returned to Bangkok to participate directly in the transition taking place in their country -- particularly crucial meetings of the opposition this week.
Tin Maung Win and Ye Kyaw Thu have traveled to Thailand to help build and strengthen alliances among the democratic forces.
