PENNSYLVANIA LOTTERY FRAUD SUSPECT PLEADS GUILTY

HARRISBURG, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The man who turned in the phony $15.2 million Pennsylvania lottery ticket in April pleaded guilty today.

Appearing before Dauphin County Common Pleas Court Judge Sebastian D. Natale, Mark S. Herbst pleaded guilty to theft, conspiracy and forgery.

Attorney General LeRoy S. Zimmerman, whose office investigated and prosecuted the case, said the commonwealth will seek a prison term when Herbst is sentenced.
