Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd. (AMEX:VPS) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K to report its fiscal year ending October 31, 2000 results to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Following its press release of January 5, 2001, the Company discovered that certain ordinary accruals made in October in conjunction with its merger with Crystal Rock were not properly reflected in the consolidated draft financial statements.
