Tri-Marine International and Edmund Gann have agreed to sell their 50% interest in Chicken of the Sea International to Thai Union International, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Thai Union Frozen Products PLC. After completing the acquisition, Thai Union will own 100% of San Diego, CA-based Chicken of the Sea, which presently has a 17.6% share of the U.S. retail canned tuna market.
