Q Comm International Inc. (OTCBB: QCCM), a prepaid telecom products and information services company, announced Tuesday that it has signed a fund-raising agreement with The RC&A Group based in Palm Harbor, Fla.
Under the agreement, RC&A will immediately begin referring sources of debt and/or equity financing to Q Comm International.
