Tessera Inc., a provider of intellectual property for chip-scale packaging (CSP), today announced that U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) Judge Sidney Harris has granted Tessera's motion for summary determination of domestic industry in the ITC investigation into Sharp's trade practices. The ruling establishes that Tessera has developed an industry in the U.S. regarding the claims it has asserted in its ITC complaint, satisfying the domestic industry requirement of the ITC.
