Palatin Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: PTN) today announced that it has begun enrolling patients in a Phase I safety study of the company's investigational treatment for erectile dysfunction, PT-141. The double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single, escalating doses of PT-141 administered intranasally to 52 healthy adult male subjects.
