The Gen. MacArthur Honor Guard Association presented the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Legacy Award to the Manila Hotel last night in recognition of its outstanding contribution to keeping alive the memory of Gen. MacArthur, by maintaining his former quarters in the hotel as an historic memorial suite.

The award was presented last night to Manila Hotel Chairman Emilio T. Yap on behalf of the historic hotel by officers of the Gen. MacArthur Honor Guard.
