BAKER, FENTRESS DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND
OF 12.5 CENTS PER SHARE, LISTS ON BIG BOARD
CHICAGO, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Baker, Fentress & Co., a closed-end management investment company that yesterday was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BKF), today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on its common stock, payable Dec. 8, 1988 to shareholders of record on Nov. 15, 1988.
Previously the company was listed on NASDAQ.
