Looking for something different when you go out to eat. Try Sabor, a new restaurant in Schaumburg featuring Latin fusion cuisine.
"It's something new and exotic, but it's not too scary," said owner Christine Hernandez. "We take ingredients from South and Central America, the Caribbean and Spain and we put our own twist on them."
One popular dish on the menu is "bistec de pescado," which consists of sauteed Chilean sea bass drizzled with zucchini sauce and served with roasted purple Peruvian potatoes and sauteed okra.
