GOV. CASEY ADDRESSES HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN WILKES-BARRE
WILKES-BARRE, Pa., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Gov. Robert P. Casey told high school students today that they will play a key role in protecting Pennsylvania's environment and implementing the state's new mandatory recycling program.
"Pennsylvania is engaged in an historic campaign to preserve and protect our environment," Casey said. "Young people all over the state must become aware of and involved in issues and problems that threaten the quality of our air, land and water."
