TOCCOA, GA. -- Patterson Process Equipment Corp. of Newark, Del., has announced the purchase of the process equipment product division of Patterson Pump Co.
Albert Huber, president of Patterson Pump, said the divestiture of the process equipment product line will enable Patterson Pump to focus more on its core business plus better allocate engineering and market assets.
