Feb. 12--Bill Gilmour gestured to the auditorium, where about 100 Bay area managers were gathered for the Office Ergonomics Summit 2001.
"Face it," said Gilmour, of Magnitude Information Systems of Lake Mary. "There isn't a person in that room that's going to have someone from OSHA come into their office on this ergonomic standard."
It is hard to believe that already-overworked inspectors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will fan out to measure arm-rest heights.
