COUNTRY CLUB FROM MACARTHUR FOUNDATION

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Finalizing a year of closely conducted negotiations, Hansen Group has acquired the famed 1,313-acre JDM Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.

John Grinch, vice president of Morgan Stanley Realty Inc., the real estate department of Morgan Stanley & Company Inc., represented the MacArthur Foundation in this transaction.
