Even the best leader can become better. Do you ever feel like you manage some people well, and struggle with others?
Different Strokes for Different Folks
Think about the people you lead. Think specifically about the people who report directly to you, those that you work with day-to-day. Does their commitment level differ? Does their competence level differ? If so, you should be modifying your leadership style to adjust to the situation.
Let's take this a step further, perhaps more specific as a tool for you to use. Think about the four individuals described below and think about a person you manage who fits each of these descriptions.
