The first Velvet Crush album is a lot like its music: compact, no filler.
At just 27 minutes, this eight-song album from the melodic power pop band with Champaign origins is all about the songs. It was recorded at Metro in 1995 when the band was on tour supporting its second album, "Teenage Symphonies To God" (Creation).
